What’s your passion? youB Rounds are groups for members to create or join around a shared purpose relating to one or more of the youB ESR (Environmental and Social Responsibility) Values. Within your youB profile you can search existing Rounds, request to join Rounds or simply follow a Round so you receive postings from the Round in your content feed. Any member can create a Round.

youB Rounds are designed to be catalysts for learning, sharing and impact, to foster meaningful interactions, connections and collaboration. We intentionally limit Rounds to 12 members, setting them apart from other social media and professional networking groups.

Every Round has a moderator (selected among its members) to help keep the Round productive, satisfying for its members and compliant with the Round Rules . Rounds can meet online or offline/locally.

Round Rules

The rules for youB Rounds are intended to support qualities for peace, collaborative progress, and friendship. While every member of a Round should strive to honor these rules, the Round Moderator is responsible for maintaining adherence. Honor the youB Code of Conduct in all interactions. To maintain the most effective group interaction, please adhere to the following:

Equity & Inclusion (Be sure everyone is equally involved, respected, and honored)
Discovery (Be curious and present. Listen well within your Round. Record and share what you learn)
Boundaries (Commit to honoring the space, time, etiquette, and dependability within the Round)
Progress (Know when it feels right to move the conversation or the energy while staying on topic. Keep each other inspired and motivated)
Goals (Keep to the vision of the Round. No political, self-promotional, or commercial links or input)
Summarize (Capture what you’ve covered to be ready for the next Round)
